These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fairway Elite Golf Academy website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Services Description

Fairway Elite Golf Academy provides golf instruction services, including group lessons, private sessions, junior programs, and online resources. Our instructors are PGA-certified professionals. All instruction is provided on a best-efforts basis toward the improvement of golf skills.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservations

Lesson bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed booking confirmation. Spots are not guaranteed until confirmed. We reserve the right to limit enrollment numbers for quality control purposes.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Student Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund or one free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. Session may be offered to another student.

3.2 Academy Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel a session due to instructor unavailability or facility issues, we will offer a full refund or free rescheduling at your convenience.

3.3 Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions cancelled due to severe weather conditions will be rescheduled at no charge. Mild weather (rain, wind) is generally not grounds for cancellation unless safety is a concern, at the instructor's discretion.

4. Health, Safety, and Liability

Golf is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating in any lesson or program at Fairway Elite Golf Academy, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You confirm that you are in satisfactory physical health to participate in golf instruction. Any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely should be disclosed prior to your first session.

Fairway Elite Golf Academy shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during lessons unless caused directly by instructor negligence. All participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a participation consent form.

5. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner toward instructors, staff, other students, and facilities. Behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, instructional videos, and training materials, is the property of Fairway Elite Golf Academy and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
